1. 🗓️ Overview – 10-Day Return Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. ✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include all original tags and packaging
  • You must provide order confirmation or proof of purchase

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

3. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Items bought on final sale or heavy discount
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

4. 💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt
  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider or bank (some delays occur)

  • If marked as a gift and sent directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit.
  • If not marked as a gift: The refund will be processed to the original buyer.
